Gravel Material Return and Refund Policy:
When ordering any type of material, we do recommend you to come in person to verify it is the correct material you are looking for. If you are unsatisfied with the material that was delivered, we can EXCHANGE it; there will be no refund, and we will also charge an additional delivery fee.
With other products, if you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition. Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method.
Plant Return and Refund:
There will not be refunds for plants. Customers will only be able to EXCHANGE plants if the plant is in the same conditions as it was on the day of purchase and within 3 days of the purchase date with a receipt.
